Stephani Tupper is the Owner and Leader of our team. Based in South Carolina, Stephani established this company in 2020. With a foundation in real estate law and prior experience as an agent, she brings a comprehensive understanding of the industry to our operations. Although her real estate license in South Carolina is presently inactive, she actively maintains her knowledge through ongoing training and staying up to date with licensing laws.

Stacy Magid has been a licensed real estate agent for the last 20 years. Throughout her career, she has earned a reputation for facilitating seamless transactions and exceeding client expectations. Stacy is adept at managing every aspect of real estate deals, from initial negotiations to successful closings.
