Stephani Tupper is the Owner and Leader of Seamless Real Estate Services, founded in 2020. She brings a deep understanding of the real estate industry shaped by her background in real estate law and her prior experience as a licensed real estate agent.

Now based in Florida, Stephani holds a South Carolina real estate license in referral status and remains actively engaged in ongoing education and industry training. Her combined legal foundation and hands-on transaction experience guide the company’s commitment to accuracy, compliance, and seamless support for the agents and clients they serve.

Stacy Magid has been a licensed real estate agent for the last 20 years. Throughout her career, she has earned a reputation for facilitating seamless transactions and exceeding client expectations. Stacy is adept at managing every aspect of real estate deals, from initial negotiations to successful closings.

Stacy's strengths lie in her ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and achieve exceptional results. Her commitment to providing outstanding customer service, coupled with her proactive approach and meticulous attention to detail, enables her to anticipate challenges and navigate complex transactions effectively, ensuring the best outcomes for her clients.

Outside of her professional life, Stacy enjoys playing pickleball, traveling—especially on cruises—and spending quality time with her husband and daughter. After residing in Northern Virginia for 24 years, Stacy and her husband have now made Florida their home.

coordinator based in central Illinois. Starting her real estate career in 2020, Sami has quickly become known for her meticulous attention to detail and efficient handling of transaction processes. Prior to joining the real estate field, she accumulated six years of experience in operations management, where she developed strong organizational and management skills.

Sami holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Southern Illinois University, equipping her with the knowledge and expertise to manage complex transactions smoothly and effectively. Her background enables her to streamline processes, ensuring timely and accurate completion of all transaction details.

Sami's dedication and proficiency make her an invaluable asset in the real estate transaction process, providing seamless support to clients and agents alike.

Miriam is a Texas-licensed real estate professional with extensive experience providing full-service transaction coordination from contract to close.

She spent six years supporting high-volume real estate teams, managing listing operations and contract management for luxury residential and farm & ranch properties—work that required strong systems, precision, and strict compliance oversight.

Miriam is also a mortgage lender licensed in all 50 states and holds part ownership in a title company, giving her a comprehensive understanding of financing, underwriting timelines, and title processes. This background allows her to proactively identify and resolve issues before they impact a transaction.

Amy brings fifteen years of experience in education and five years as a licensed real estate professional to her role as a Transaction Coordinator. Her background in teaching honed her ability to manage complex workflows, anticipate needs, and keep transactions moving smoothly. As a Realtor, she has successfully managed contracts, timelines, and compliance requirements across numerous transactions with precision and care.

When she’s not working, Amy enjoys spending time with family and friends, taking family vacations, and tackling DIY projects around her home.
