Stephani Tupper is the Owner and Leader of our team. Based in South Carolina, Stephani established this company in 2020. With a foundation in real estate law and prior experience as an agent, she brings a comprehensive understanding of the industry to our operations. Although her real estate license in South Carolina is presently inactive, she actively maintains her knowledge through ongoing training and staying up to date with licensing laws.

Stacy Magid has been a licensed real estate agent for the last 20 years. Throughout her career, she has earned a reputation for facilitating seamless transactions and exceeding client expectations. Stacy is adept at managing every aspect of real estate deals, from initial negotiations to successful closings.

Stacy's strengths lie in her ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and achieve exceptional results. Her commitment to providing outstanding customer service, coupled with her proactive approach and meticulous attention to detail, enables her to anticipate challenges and navigate complex transactions effectively, ensuring the best outcomes for her clients.

Outside of her professional life, Stacy enjoys playing pickleball, traveling—especially on cruises—and spending quality time with her husband and daughter. After residing in Northern Virginia for 24 years, Stacy and her husband have now made Florida their home.

Sami is a skilled real estate transaction 

coordinator based in central Illinois. Starting her real estate career in 2020, Sami has quickly become known for her meticulous attention to detail and efficient handling of transaction processes. Prior to joining the real estate field, she accumulated six years of experience in operations management, where she developed strong organizational and management skills.

Sami holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Southern Illinois University, equipping her with the knowledge and expertise to manage complex transactions smoothly and effectively. Her background enables her to streamline processes, ensuring timely and accurate completion of all transaction details.

Sami's dedication and proficiency make her an invaluable asset in the real estate transaction process, providing seamless support to clients and agents alike.

With a degree in Communications and a strong foundation in social media management and recruitment, Kristie brings a dynamic skill set to the real estate industry. Kristie has honed her expertise by studying and training under Stephani Tupper, the owner of Seamless Real Estate Services, where she gained in-depth knowledge of the real estate transaction process. Her background enables her to effectively manage client relationships, coordinate transactions, and enhance business visibility through digital channels.

Poonam Patel is a highly experienced Real Estate Transaction Coordinator and a Licensed Texas Realtor since 2015. Known for her exceptional organizational skills and commitment to delivering seamless contract-to-close experiences, she has a strong background in real estate operations, transaction management, and client relations. Poonam excels at managing multiple transactions simultaneously while ensuring compliance and timely documentation. Her proactive approach, keen attention to detail, and passion for real estate make her an invaluable asset to any real estate team.

Jennifer Christenot is originally from Billings, Montana, and spent 30 years in the Palm Springs, CA, area. With over 20 years in the mortgage industry and 10 years as a Realtor, she understands that buying or selling a home is more than just a transaction—it’s a life-changing experience. That’s why Jennifer is dedicated to providing exceptional, personalized service to every client. She takes great pride in building lasting relationships and works relentlessly on her clients’ behalf to help them achieve their real estate goals.

Born and raised in southern Kansas City, Katy brings a strong work ethic and a people-first mindset to every transaction. Her journey began in her father’s auto body repair shop, where she learned early on the importance of respecting both clients and coworkers. That foundation still guides her today, along with her personal motto: “Treat others the way you'd like to be treated.”

Katy has been a licensed real estate professional since May 2021, giving her a well-rounded understanding of the industry from both the agent and TC perspective. She knows what it takes to keep a deal moving and is passionate about creating smooth, stress-free experiences for everyone involved.

A proud mom of four wonderful (and just a little ornery!) kids and two beloved dogs, Katy keeps family at the heart of everything she does. Whether she’s cheering from the sidelines, planning a South Carolina vacation, or hosting family dinners, she brings the same care and dedication to her home life that she brings to supporting agents.

Carla brings over 25 years of real estate support experience and has been a licensed real estate broker for the past nine years. A proud Colorado native, she’s deeply connected to her community and passionate about helping others navigate the real estate process with ease and confidence.

When she's not managing transactions, Carla enjoys time with her four kids and her beloved pitbull, Obi-Wan. With a calm, knowledgeable approach and years of hands-on expertise, Carla is dedicated to keeping every deal on track from contract to close.

Dakota Croxdale is a licensed real estate agent who now specializes as a Transaction Coordinator. With a faith-based approach and a strong dedication to service, Dakota is committed to providing exceptional support to agents and their clients. Whether assisting buyers or sellers, she brings a detail-oriented mindset, clear communication, and expert knowledge to every transaction. Her goal is to ensure a smooth, seamless process from contract to close—so agents can focus on growing their business with confidence.

Kaira Dark is a dedicated real estate professional who brings over 15 years of corporate experience into her role as a Transaction Coordinator. After discovering her passion for building meaningful relationships, Kaira transitioned into real estate to help clients achieve both their financial and homeownership goals. Her strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to clear communication make her an asset to every transaction. Outside of real estate, Kaira is a passionate community leader, serving with the Girl Scouts of Cache Valley, Women In Business, and the Chamber of Commerce. She’s also deeply devoted to causes close to her heart, including planet preservation, animal welfare, and mental health awareness.
